They fit true to your normal size. So if you wear medium you want to get a medium. They are 60% polyester and 40% cotton. It is a possibility for shrinkage depending on how you dry T-Shirt. If you prefer to have no shrinkage we advise you to air dry your Blaise Training shirt.
