Never Settle Day is a high-energy, community-powered event focused on mental wellness, physical fitness, and motivation. It’s a day designed to bring people together through movement, positivity, and the belief that you should never give up on yourself.
The day is broken into 4 unique sessions, each lasting 30–45 minutes.
Pick your path and choose how you want to move.
5K Run / Walk- Cool Runnings & 515 Gratitude Run Club
Whether you're pushing your pace or walking alongside the community, this 5K is all about showing up, staying active, and finishing strong.
5K Check-In: 8:45 AM – 9:05 AM 5K Start: 9:10 AM
Pilates Session- Rive Pilates
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and connect mind and body through a guided Pilates session focused on balance, control, and recovery.
Pilates Check-In: 9:45 AM – 10:10 AM Pilates Session: 10:20 AM – 11:05 AM
High-Energy Workout- Orange Theory Fitness
Challenge yourself with a full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence—no matter your fitness level.
Fitness Check-In: 10:45 AM – 11:05 AM Fitness Workout: 11:20 AM – 12:05 PM
Dance Workout- Larissa Flynn
Feel the energy with a fun, instructor-led dance workout that blends music, movement, and community vibes.
Dance Check-In: 11:45 AM – 12:05 PM Hip-Hop Dance Session: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM
Each session is 30–45 minutes. Choose one or conquer them all.
Your ticket also includes a Never Settle Day event shirt that can be picked up at the event.
